Voltava is hiring a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role supports production uptime and operational efficiency through preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment repairs, machine performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. The technician will work independently and collaboratively, following safety procedures and working at heights and in confined spaces as needed.
