Description
Charger Properties is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician to maintain residential communities by performing repairs, carpentry, basic electrical and plumbing work, appliance repair, lawn and community-area upkeep, snow removal, salting walkways, and turn maintenance. The role requires knowledge of drywall, basic electrical and plumbing, carpentry, and the ability to work on an on-call rotation for 24-hour emergency maintenance; appliance repair is preferred but training is offered.
