Apartment Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to support residential properties in Perry Hall, Maryland, with work at multiple property locations possible. The role performs general maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances; prepares apartments for new residents; troubleshoots building systems; documents work; and responds to emergencies and weather-related tasks. The position requires a rotating on-call schedule, 2+ years of apartment or property maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
