Description
The Maintenance Technician will perform community maintenance for a residential property, respond to resident service requests, improve vacant apartments, and handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs. The role requires on-call availability for after-hours emergencies, a valid driver's license, and at least three years of general maintenance experience; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and CPO certification is preferred or must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
