Description
Avera Holy Family Hospital is hiring a regular afternoon-shift facility maintenance technician to inspect, repair, and maintain hospital buildings, grounds, mechanical, physical, stationary equipment, vehicles, and related systems. The role includes plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance scheduling, emergency response, safety inspections, waste handling, and coordination with contractors. A high school or GED equivalent, three to six months of related experience or training, and a driver's license are required; boiler-operator licensing and prior electrical, plumbing, or mechanical experience are preferred. The pay range is $19.50 to $24.25, with PTO available day one for eligible hires and retirement matching for qualifying employees.
