Balfour Beatty Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical condition of residential communities, diagnose and repair maintenance issues, complete resident service requests, and support general property maintenance across heating, ventilation and air conditioning, mechanical, electrical, utilities, and lighting systems. The role includes inspections, safety and environmental compliance, resident interaction, and a rotating on-call schedule for 24/7 coverage. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic troubleshooting skills, knowledge of at least one discipline such as electrical, plumbing, or carpentry, a valid driver’s license, and relevant certifications or training as specified.
