Description
Balfour Beatty Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical condition of residential communities, diagnose and repair HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utility, and lighting systems, respond to resident service requests, control parts and equipment inventory, and follow safety and environmental procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 4–6 years of maintenance experience, advanced knowledge in at least one discipline such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry, strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills, and a valid driver’s license. The technician works in residential properties and on a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 coverage.
