Balfour Beatty Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical condition of residential communities, diagnose and repair maintenance issues, handle resident service requests, and support general property maintenance across HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities, and lighting systems. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic troubleshooting skills, knowledge of at least one maintenance discipline, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a rotating on-call schedule providing 24/7 coverage.
