Benchmark Senior Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its Meadow Ridge community in Redding, Connecticut. The role performs minor and major repairs, implements preventive maintenance, handles biohazardous waste and chemicals, maintains laundry and work-order systems, and completes general maintenance such as light electrical, painting, and carpentry. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with rotational weekend availability required approximately every six weeks. The hourly wage range is $20 to $23.25, and benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage.
