Description
The Maintenance Technician III performs equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance for a 160-unit residential property. The role handles maintenance work orders, building systems, unit inspections, groundskeeping, snow removal, emergency standby support, and coordination with property management, vendors, and other technicians. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of residential apartment maintenance experience, relevant trade knowledge, required licenses and certifications, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with limited nights and weekends for on-call rotation, and pays $23.00–$27.00 per hour.
