Description
The Production Maintenance Technician performs planned and breakdown maintenance on production machines and equipment, including TPM/PM work orders, CMMS interventions, electrical and mechanical repairs, spare-parts coordination, tool and equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and audit improvements. The role also supports RxM Analyzer and PdM predictive-maintenance activities, analyzes root causes, and meets KPI targets. It requires advanced knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, machine technology, robotics, pneumatics, motors, measurement, technical drawing, quality systems, and process knowledge.
