Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its Longwood Landing apartment building in Nanaimo, British Columbia. The role involves diagnosing and repairing plumbing, heating, electrical, window, door, appliance, and building-fixture issues; performing painting, drywall, flooring, and grounds maintenance; and reporting defective materials. Candidates need at least two years of maintenance-related experience, relevant trade or technical certification or equivalent experience, hand-tool knowledge, computer and mobile-device experience, on-call availability, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.
