Envolve is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Memphis, Tennessee to perform repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on apartment property systems, including HVAC, appliances, water heaters, electrical systems, plumbing, alarm systems, and pool equipment. The role requires availability for scheduled emergency calls, assistance with training entry-level staff, inspections, turnover work, grounds maintenance, and administrative recordkeeping. Two years of maintenance experience or equivalent education and experience is required, while a college degree, HVAC or EPA certification, multifamily experience, and Certified Pool Operator certification are preferred. The pay range is $24 to $26, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, paid time off, and other benefits.
