Envolve Community Management Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to work at its apartment communities in the Horizon City/El Paso, Texas area. The role involves repairing appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, plumbing components, and performing general maintenance and preventive maintenance; completing work orders; assisting the maintenance supervisor and community manager; and responding to emergency calls. The position requires at least three years of maintenance technician experience, reliable transportation, and availability for 24/7 emergency calls, with HVAC certification and REAC inspection experience preferred.
