This role involves performing various daily repairs and maintenance tasks across HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment, and apartment refurbishments. Candidates should demonstrate a high sense of urgency, effective priority management, coachability, and problem-solving abilities.
