Description
Building Composites is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and improve machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure in a manufacturing environment. The role includes welding and fabricating metal components, working with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, documenting maintenance activities, supporting equipment installation and commissioning, and collaborating with production, engineering, and supervisory teams. Candidates need at least two years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience, proficiency in MIG and Stick welding, and the ability to read blueprints and technical manuals; TIG welding, forklift or hoist operation, and electrical, HVAC, or blueprint-reading experience are preferred or advantageous.
