Description
The Commercial Building Maintenance Technician performs general building and property maintenance across restaurant, office, warehouse, and exterior locations. Responsibilities include carpentry, painting, drywall, tile, light plumbing, irrigation, basic electrical work, commercial cooking equipment repair, small construction and remodel projects, preventative maintenance, facility inspections, work-order management, grounds and gardening support, vehicle and trailer operation, and on-call coverage. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, physical ability to work in commercial environments, and basic computer and tool proficiency.
