Description

The Campus Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance of equipment, tools, buildings, grounds, and campus facilities; responds to fire alarms; assists with remodeling and repairs; conducts safety checks; and provides emergency and unscheduled services. The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic computer literacy, hand tools, blueprint reading, and knowledge of painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with on-call availability for seven days on a rotating basis, and requires the ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, lift 100 pounds, use ladders, and perform strenuous work in varying temperatures.
