CHRIS 180 is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join their Facilities Department. The technician will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity and operational efficiency of the organization's facilities, performing various technical tasks such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs, along with general carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping. They will also handle service requests, prepare residential units for occupancy, and assist with emergency on-call duties.
