Description
The Maintenance Technician performs routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventative work on common areas, buildings, amenities, and community systems such as lighting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, irrigation, and mechanical systems. The role also handles emergency and after-hours calls, cleans and organizes common areas, coordinates with vendors, documents work, and provides customer service to residents. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of general maintenance experience, basic building-system knowledge, tool operation skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
