Artemis Lifestyles is hiring a Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve the operations of managed communities. The role involves routine inspections, preventive maintenance, diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, building-system monitoring, recordkeeping, safety compliance, and coordination with operations teams. Candidates need strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant maintenance experience, and CPO certification; the position also requires physical ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
