Description
The Maintenance Technician will maintain facilities, infrastructure, common areas, amenities, and building systems throughout the Golden Oak community and assigned support areas. The role performs routine repairs, inspections, preventative maintenance, emergency responses, vendor coordination, work-order documentation, and light cleaning and event support while maintaining safety, privacy, and service standards. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with one to two years of facilities or general maintenance experience and experience in a luxury residential, hospitality, resort, HOA, condominium, apartment, or commercial property environment.
