Comstock is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a luxury apartment community to perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, masonry, painting, grounds, and building maintenance; respond to emergency work orders; conduct preventative maintenance; prepare units for move-ins; and provide Class A customer service. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of maintenance experience, knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, a current driver's license, and availability for after-hours and weekend on-call work.
