Conifer Realty is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician in Clinton Township, New Jersey, for a Monday–Friday schedule with an on-call rotation and potential weekend coverage. The role performs routine and preventative maintenance, repairs, landscaping, snow and ice removal, emergency work orders, and compliance-related upkeep in affordable-housing communities. Candidates need at least two years of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds, reliable transportation, basic computer or mobile-app skills, and strong communication and customer-service skills; bilingual Spanish and English skills are a plus.
