Conifer Realty is hiring a part-time Maintenance Technician in Glen Burnie, Maryland, for Monday–Friday, 20 hours per week with an on-call rotation. The role performs routine and preventative maintenance, repairs, landscaping, snow and ice removal, emergency work orders, and compliance-related upkeep in affordable-housing communities. Candidates need at least two years of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds, reliable transportation, and strong communication and customer-service skills; bilingual Spanish/English ability is a plus.
