Description
Continental is hiring a Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve manufacturing equipment used in production operations. The role performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; diagnoses mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control-system issues; responds to breakdowns; maintains maintenance records; supports root-cause analysis and continuous improvement; and collaborates with production, engineering, and reliability teams. The position requires an AAS degree in a relevant technical field or at least four years of industrial maintenance experience, knowledge of pneumatic and low-voltage electrical systems, strong troubleshooting and safety skills, and the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
