Description
CRM Residential is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform routine repairs, minor construction work, grounds maintenance, tenant-requested repairs, inspections, and assistance with major repairs or renovations. The role reports to the Community Manager, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of maintenance technician experience, and experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., includes on-call scheduling, and pays $27.00 per hour.
