Cross Keys Village is hiring a part-time Cottage Maintenance Technician to support campus upkeep and resident care. The role performs preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance, building-system repairs, residential appliance and fixture repairs, snow removal, and inventory management, with a day-shift Monday-to-Friday schedule and possible weekend assignments and on-call rotation. The position pays $17.00–$20.00 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, trade or vocational training, or 3–5 years of applicable maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, blueprint-reading ability, math and reading skills, and customer service skills.
