Crown Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Lincoln Park, Michigan, for a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–3:30 PM shift with potential to move to a second shift. The role performs routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on production machinery and equipment, troubleshoots electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, handles building maintenance, maintains repair documentation, supports maintenance scheduling, and collaborates with production and operations teams. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, hands-on machinery, building, and electrical maintenance experience, troubleshooting and technical-documentation skills, and flexibility for various shifts and overtime. The pay rate is $23–$25 based on experience.
