Cummins is hiring a permanent Maintenance Technician for its Power Systems Business Segment in Daventry. The role works 37.5 hours per week across three rotating shifts and involves maintaining, fault-finding, repairing, and preventing failure of plant and machinery in assembly, test, and trim areas, including automated lines, nut runners, and test cells. The position also covers PPMs, emergency responses, spare requisitions, data analysis, safe work practices, and team support. Applicants need a recognised apprenticeship, PPM experience, automated-line experience, safe-systems experience, computer literacy, and systematic problem-solving ability; robotics experience is preferred.
