Description
The Maintenance Technician installs, troubleshoots, and repairs manufacturing and facility machinery, including mills, blenders, conveyors, crushers, and related equipment. The role performs preventative and predictive maintenance, works with PLCs and engineers on electrical and programmable issues, manages work orders through a CMMS, coordinates downtime with production, orders and inspects parts, and supports maintenance training. The position requires at least three years of experience, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, welding, and control-system skills, blueprint interpretation, and the ability to work in confined spaces and non-temperature-controlled environments.
