CWS is hiring a Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) for immediate start at its Trossingen, Germany site, working in a 2-shift operation and maintaining machines and technical systems. The role involves inspection, preventive maintenance, repairs, fault diagnosis, documentation, statutory compliance, and cooperation with external service providers, with future exposure to robotics and AI in production; welding is desirable. Candidates should have completed technical training in electrical, mechatronics, industrial mechanics, or a comparable field, experience maintaining industrial machinery, PLC troubleshooting knowledge, basic computer and Office skills, safety awareness, and familiarity with applicable standards.
