Description
The Maintenance Technician will maintain the physical integrity of a luxury apartment community by performing routine and preventative maintenance, repairing units and equipment, coordinating make-ready services, scheduling vendors, inspecting move-outs, and ensuring amenities and grounds are ready for review. The role requires at least two years of related experience, EPA, OSHA, Fair Housing, and pool certifications, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, transportation, and the ability to handle emergency calls.
