Description
The Property Management Maintenance Technician executes maintenance requests by diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, emergency, flooring, hardware, masonry, painting, water-feature, and waste-management systems. The role also handles resident service requests, emergency situations, turn-key apartment preparation, vendor or contractor supervision, and occasional weekend work. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of property-management maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, handyman skills, and availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
