Description
The Residential Property Maintenance Technician maintains the day-to-day operations and physical condition of a residential property, handles resident service requests and work orders, completes make-ready repairs, responds to 24-hour emergency maintenance, maintains maintenance records and inventory, and performs grounds, snow removal, landscaping, and other property upkeep. The role requires general electrical, plumbing, and drywall experience, with boiler experience preferred, along with reliable transportation, a driver's license, and the ability to pass drug and background screening. Compensation is $20.00–$26.00 per hour, experience dependent.
