Description
The Maintenance Tech will handle routine and emergency apartment maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and make-ready work; maintain records in Yardi; perform daily property upkeep and snow removal; and respond to service requests within 24 hours. The role requires apartment or hotel engineering experience, HVAC and EPA certification or willingness to obtain it within 90 days, a valid driver’s license, personal transportation, and the ability to work on-call weekends and after hours. The schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating emergency on-call coverage, and the pay is $23-$25 per hour.
