Description
The Maintenance Technician performs general repairs, routine maintenance, and light installations across residential HOA communities, including drywall, plumbing, electrical, door and hardware, fencing, flooring, cabinetry, and carpentry work. The role also involves inspections, urgent and emergency maintenance requests, documentation, communication with supervisors and residents, and adherence to safety and company standards. Candidates need at least two years of general maintenance, handyman, or facilities maintenance experience, broad knowledge of the listed trades, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The position pays $35–$45 per hour and includes health, dental, vision, life and AD&D, and 401(k) benefits.
