Enterprise is hiring a property Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical condition, safety, appearance, and operational efficiency of an affordable-housing community. The role handles resident service requests, preventive and emergency repairs, apartment turnovers, painting and cleaning, grounds and landscaping upkeep, snow removal, dumpster-area maintenance, recordkeeping, customer service, emergency response, and guidance for maintenance apprentices and porters. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment-repair, and painting skills, EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal certification (or the ability to obtain it within 90 days), hand and power tool proficiency, reliable transportation, basic computer skills, strong communication and organization, and the ability to respond onsite within 30 minutes when on call. The position pays $19.25 to $24.57 per hour and includes health, dental, and vision benefits.
