Description
Fairstead is hiring a Maintenance Technician to maintain the day-to-day operations and physical assets of its properties. The role includes inspecting buildings and equipment, performing preventative maintenance and repairs, checking electrical wiring and safety systems, preparing vacated buildings for new occupants, maintaining supplies and tools, and participating in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance. The position requires mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance skills, prior service-technician or similar experience, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 pounds; HVAC, CMRP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
