Maintenance Technician at Folio Association Management

The Maintenance Technician performs routine and preventive maintenance on building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances; responds to resident and emergency maintenance requests; maintains common areas; coordinates vendors and contractors; documents work; and ensures compliance with safety and building-code standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of experience in maintenance, handyman, or a similar role, and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance procedures. On-call availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
