Description
Foster Farms, a family-owned poultry company established in 1939, is seeking a Maintenance Technician. The role involves assisting with all phases of electrical and mechanical maintenance, including fabrication, welding, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be physically capable of performing demanding tasks, and preferably have experience or the ability to learn mill maintenance, welding, and fabricating. The position requires working weekends, holidays, and overtime with minimal supervision.
