Freshpack is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, install, and optimize production machinery in a custom cheese packaging environment. The role covers electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, control-system, welding, sanitary-design, and building-maintenance work, along with machine-operator training and production monitoring. Two shift schedules are offered, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and referral benefits, and pay of $26–$36 per hour.
