Description
The Service Technician performs technical and mechanical maintenance for apartment buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. Responsibilities include completing resident service work orders, preparing vacant units for leasing and move-in, maintaining inventory, documenting repairs, cleaning and painting common areas, inspecting contractor work, supporting safety and risk-management programs, and responding to resident complaints. The role requires 40 hours per week, flexible evening, weekend, and holiday availability, EPA refrigerant recycling certifications, a current valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
