Gallery Residential is hiring a full-time mid-level Maintenance Technician for Eastside Heights in Nashville, Tennessee. The role performs apartment-community maintenance, repairs resident work orders, prepares vacant units for move-in, maintains grounds and amenities, manages supplies and documentation, coordinates or inspects vendors, follows OSHA and company safety procedures, and provides responsive resident service. The position requires flexible on-call availability, work indoors and outdoors in all weather, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and 150 pounds with assistance, a valid driver’s license, and EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant certifications. A high school diploma or GED and property-management-system experience are preferred.
