Golding is hiring Maintenance Technicians to repair, adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing equipment, including pumps, motors, VFDs, PLCs, electrical panels, safety circuits, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic controls. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, five years of manufacturing maintenance experience, and the ability to work on a 2-2-3, 12-hour schedule supporting 24/7 coverage.
