Description
The Maintenance Technician will maintain the appearance, functionality, and safety of apartment units, common areas, and building systems. Responsibilities include handling work orders for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs; performing preventive maintenance; assisting with unit turns; responding to after-hours emergencies; and maintaining tools and inventory. The role requires general maintenance, troubleshooting, customer service, reliable transportation, and on-call availability; prior apartment, hotel, or similar maintenance experience is preferred, while EPA certification is a plus.
