Grede is hiring Maintenance Technicians to install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems on production equipment. The role includes diagnostic analysis, machine repairs, preventive maintenance planning, documentation, resource allocation, and mentoring maintenance staff. Candidates need hands-on hydraulics and pneumatics experience, technical drawing and shop-math skills, physical ability to perform shift work, and a commitment to safety. Compensation is $25.13–$42.62 per hour based on skills-test results, with overtime, weekend premiums, a retention bonus, and medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental insurance benefits.
