Harbor Group Management Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its multifamily division. The role performs plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance, and glass maintenance; responds to resident service requests; conducts preventative maintenance; prepares vacant units; maintains common areas; manages tools and inventory; and inspects contractor work. The position requires one year of general maintenance experience, emergency on-call availability, a valid driver’s license, customer-service orientation, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
