Description
Hillpointe is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical and preventive maintenance on residential property buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. The role includes completing work orders, inspections, tenant-preparation, inventory management, documentation, grounds support, safety compliance, and rotating on-call availability. Candidates must be able to diagnose and repair mechanical issues, obtain EPA refrigerant recycling certifications, hold a valid driver’s license, and have a high school diploma or GED with related experience or training. The position requires physical work involving lifting, climbing, outdoor conditions, and use of hand and power tools.
