Home Chef is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a 1st-shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with Sunday and Monday off. The role performs repairs and preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment, coordinates contractors, maintains CMMS records, supports food safety and quality programs, and provides guidance to machine operators. Required qualifications include a high school degree or equivalent, at least five years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, electrical wiring and control skills, OSHA certification, and CMMS computer skills; food manufacturing and electrical or programming experience are preferred. The California base salary range is $54,000 to $65,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, paid time off, and flexible spending account benefits.
